Admired really took care of me in a pinch! My home is located on a hilltop with a steep drive so in this situation they are unable to deliver to the door. We finally rented a trailer to bring the item to the top, the delivery driver unloaded the item directly into our trailer which made things super convenient. Also the customer service rep, Ellie, was amazing she worked with me every step of the way - communicating multiple times a day to coordinate. Really nice that this company's response time is pretty much instant, there was a sense of urgency and I didn't have to wait around for communication. Ultimately, this could have been a disaster if not handled properly as the product does have a $600 re-stock fee. Just keep in mind that if you are in an area hard to access you will need to figure out how to bring the product up to the house because it is typically shipped in a semi truck. The product comes in pieces so with 3-4 people you could easily bring the item wherever you need to and them assemble it. Again big thanks to Ellie for breaking all that down for me, holding the product for delivery and making sure we got the best deal.
